DI MASJID AGUNG AL – A’LA KABUPATEN GIANYAR

Assalamu’alaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh

Bismillahi Namsyi, ‘ala Barokatillah

Berikut adalah prosedur masuk Islam di Masjid Agung Al – A’la Kabupaten Gianyar:

1. Menghubungi Ketua Umum Dewan Kemakmuran Masjid Agung Al – A’la Kabupaten Gianyar atau Admin. Baik langsung maupun melalui media telekomunikasi untuk konfirmasi jadwal minimal 3 hari sebelumnya.

2. Menyiapkan kelengkapan berupa :

- Fotokopi Identitas Diri yang masih berlaku : Kartu Tanda Penduduk (KTP) atau Pasport sebanyak 1 lembar.

- Pas Foto berwarna terbaru ukuran 3 x 4 sebanyak 3 lembar.

- Mengisi Formulir Pendaftaran (terdapat pada lampiran).

- Surat Pernyataan Tidak Dalam Paksaan (terdapat pada lampiran).

3. Menyerahkan kelengkapan yang disebutkan nomor 2 secepatnya minimal 2 hari sebelum acara.

4. Bagi calon muallaf wanita, diharapkan memakai pakaian yang syar’i (memakai hijab / jilbab, sopan, tidak ketat, tidak transparan dan tidak memperlihatkan anggota tubuh kecuali wajah dan telapak tangan) saat prosesi Ikrar Syahadat.

5. Menjaga ketertiban, kebersihan dan kesucian masjid selama proses Ikrar Syahadat.

PROCEDURE OF CONVERT TO ISLAM (MUALLAF)

AT AL – A’LA GRAND MOSQUE OF GIANYAR REGENCY

Assalamu’alaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh

(May Peace, Mercy and Blessing of Allah be Upon You)

Bismillahi Namsyi, ‘ala Barokatillah

(With The Name of Allah, I stepped on Your blessings)

The followings is the procedure of convert to Islam at Al-A'la Grand Mosque of Gianyar Regency:

1. Contacting the Chairman of the Al-A'la Grand Mosque of Gianyar Regency or Admin. Both directly or via telecommunication services to confirm the schedule at least 3 days before the event.

2. Prepare the following required documents :

- Photocopy of valid Identity Card or Passport as much as 1 sheet.

- Recent color passport photos of 3 x 4 size as much as 3 sheets.

- Fill out the Registration Form (contained in the attachment).

- Statement of Non-coercion (contained in the attachment).

3. Submit the completeness which is mentioned in number 2 as soon as possible at least 2 days before the event.

4. For prospective female converts, it is expected to wear shar'i clothing (wearing hijab / jilbab, polite, not strict, not transparent and does not show the parts of the body except the face and palms) during the procession of the Pledge of Shahada.

5. Maintaining the orderliness, cleanliness and holiness of the Mosque during the Pledge of Shahada.
